Ringo Starr turns his back on his fans

So, the 68-year old drummer decides to release a YouTube video telling people not to send him anything to be signed after October 20th.
Can someone explain to me how in the world can he be too busy to appreciate his fans? He hasn’t had a DECENT SONG in over 30 years! Does he really think that he’s bigger than that? Hell, even Paul McCartney takes time out of his day to take a quick photo with a fan or two.
Ringo is only known because he played drums for The Beatles. That’s the only reason he has any sort of career afterwards.
Also, I guess he’s not that rich either. He used YouTube to pass around his video?!? Couldn’t actually spend any of his own money to actually produce a video. The video wasn’t even 1 minute long, and what’s up with all the “peace and love” crap? He must still think it’s the 1960′s.
I think that everyone should start sending him postcards to the addresses. Should start filling his mailboxes up with more crap than he can throw out.
Sorry, Ringo, but this isn’t going to get you into the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist!
Ringo was also a train conductor for a kids show.. i think it was thomas the train.
He also released a few good lead singer records that were not half bad.
so he did more that just played drums.
He was the singer in the Travelling Wilburys with their two albums. He did a lot of stuff, but as a SOLO ARTIST he isn’t worth squat, IMHO. He’s still riding off the coat tails of the “Fab Four”.
