Daylight Wasting Time is here!
“Spring ahead, Fall back!”
I still say that saying to remind me which way to set my clock.
Of course, this morning we set out clocks back an hour so we could get that imaginary “extra hour of sleep”, which I never seem to get.
I don’t know what the heck went on, but for some reason, today dragged.
I was sitting at the kitchen table this morning thinking that it’s about 10 or 11, but it was only 7:30am!!
The whole day I didn’t look at the clock, but everytime someone mentioned what time it was I thought it was two or three hours later. I had to leave the house just to try to waste some time.
So, now I sit here at 7 o’clock at night thinking that it should be close to midnight. I hope that tomorrow things get back to “normal.”
